Sydney Graczyk

I’ve proudly worked at Core Financial Group since 2022 and currently serve as Operations Manager. During my time with the firm, I’ve grown alongside the team, helping strengthen our internal operations while ensuring each client experience is seamless, organized, and welcoming. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, I take pride in creating a positive and professional environment from the moment you walk through our doors — usually with a cup of coffee in hand.

I grew up in Spokane Valley and attended North Idaho College, where I balanced my studies with playing collegiate softball. That experience helped shape my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork, all of which I bring to my role each day.

Outside of the office, life is full and busy with my fiancé and our two boys, who keep us on our toes in the best way. As a family, we love spending time outdoors — especially on the boat or hiking with our dogs — and enjoying every season together.
